Meet our new powerhouse Senior Consultant Martin Popp Andersen, who re-joins our Stakeholder Intelligence-team after having work for the danish web and software development company Kraftvaerk.
What do you work with?
I am working with our Stakeholder Intelligence team and more specifically with SurveyXact. SurveyXact is one of the most effective tools for both executing and analyzing surveys. My work in this department is primarily focused on selling the SaaS survey solution to medium and large accounts and I aim at highlighting the benefits of integrating our system to the company’s existing Business Intelligence setup.
What made you want to join Ramboll Management Consulting?
For me, Ramboll Management Consulting represents integrity and high standards, which is cnjdht.cncial in my choice of workplace. Furthermore, I believe that SurveyXact is in a very exciting stage at the moment for two reasons:
First of all, it is the most widespread survey system in the Nordic region. Secondly, we are evolving from being just another data source to be well integrated in all the organisations KPI’s. That is a journey I would like to be a part of.
What is the most significant professional experience you have had so far?
The experience of keeping focus on the value for the costumer instead of only talking about price and functionality...I think that is the key element for success.
What is the most exciting development within your field of work?
The most exciting task within my business field is the one set of numbers. Making relevant data available to the right people at the right time is where the big value propositions are and where we ensure a real impact.
As an example: if you are combining your data from your customer satisfaction survey with economic data from your ERP-system, you are capable of making some powerful and useful KPI's.
How are you planning on bringing this to our clients?
My plan is to talk much more into the greater picture and focus on value creation regarding reporting and measures in the organisation. Instead of seeing SurveyXact as a single closed system, I will make the clients focus on how information can be brought into play in several ways.
How do you define the higher purpose of what you do?
The purpose of my work in Ramboll is to ensure and deliver a positive and long-lasting impact to our clients’ organisations. Whether it is within higher customer loyalty to increase revenue or preventing long time sickness or stress, these are direct results from our value creations.
What (or who) is your best source of inspiration?
I get a lot of inspiration through my network, from attending seminars and watching Youtube lectures. If I should point out one single person, it would be the Danish philosopher and founder of the Danish investment and advisory firm Voluntas, Morten Albæk.

Martin is an AP Graduate in Marketing Management. He re-joins Ramboll Management Consulting from, Kraftvaerk A/S web and software development company. Martin worked at Ramboll Management Consulting from 2007 to 2010. Since then he has been testing his skills at various different BI and software development companies.
